1. Who we are

MTG LTD. is the service provider of Kove and the party responsible for providing the service under these terms. When we say "we" or "us", we mean MTG LTD..

2. Service scope

Kove is a messaging-based assistant that helps you capture notes, organize conversations, and get concise support when you ask for it.

The service may include message support, voice notes, memory features, file handling, browser automation, browser-assisted actions on your behalf, credential storage, CRM push for real estate workflows, and optional integrations with third-party services. Features may change as the product improves.

3. Accepting these terms

By using Kove, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

4. Account responsibilities

• You may use the service only if you can form a binding contract with us, are at least 18 years old, and your use is allowed where you live.
• You must have permission to use the messaging account, phone number, email account, and connected services used with Kove.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, each account is for one business or household and one primary user.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping sign-in details secure.
• If you believe your account is compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not use Kove to do harm, break laws, violate others’ rights, or abuse the service or its credits.

• Do not send abusive, threatening, fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape beyond the service’s own authorized actions, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have permission to share or process.

6. Trial and billing basics

Paid features, trial periods, usage limits, and prices may apply based on your plan. Unless a checkout or order page says otherwise, prices are shown in euros and may be charged on a recurring basis.

If billing applies, you agree to pay charges shown at checkout and in your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we say otherwise in a specific offer. Where a mandatory consumer right to withdraw applies, that right is preserved.

7. Third-party services

Kove can connect to third-party services such as Google, Telegram, Viber, OLX, alo.bg, bazar.bg, iConnect, and goiconnect.com when you choose to use those integrations.

You authorize us to act on your instructions within the permissions you grant, and you remain bound by each third party’s own terms, policies, and availability rules. We are not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, or changes outside our control.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of Kove is also governed by our privacy policy.

You can use account controls for data export and deletion, and you remain responsible for what you choose to share. We receive a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Intellectual property

Except for your content, Kove, including its software, branding, and original materials, is owned by MTG LTD. or its licensors and is protected by law.

You keep rights to content you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.

10. Disclaimers

Kove provides general assistance and organizational support. It is not legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice, and any AI output is best-effort only.

You should review important outputs before relying on them, and in an emergency you should contact local emergency services right away. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kove is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may have interruptions, delays, or errors.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of the fees you paid in the three months before the event or EUR 100, except where law does not allow that limit.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTG LTD., Kove, and our personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses that arise from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of law or our own gross negligence.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if there is abuse or security risk, or when required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, we may keep data only as needed for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or account recovery during a limited retention period.

14. Policy updates

We may update these terms over time. If changes are material, we will post an updated effective date and provide notice when required.
