Does Kove send a technician request without a further confirmation from me?
In the pilot: a request to your named technician by a rule you set in advance and within the total repair cap. Example: if you do not reply within 15 minutes of a report, Kove sends a request with a total repair cap of 100 €. Any cost above the cap needs your approval. For a report of a gas leak, fire or flooding, Kove immediately notifies you and your named contact. In those cases no automatic technician request is sent.
Does Kove file the annual tax return?
In the pilot Kove calculates the tax and prepares a sheet for your review. You file the returns and pay the tax. For a landlord who is a resident individual whose tenants are not businesses or self-insured persons: 10 % statutory expenses, advance tax for the first three quarters and an annual tax return you file by 30 April of the following year.
