Know where your request goes.

Choose the supported AI service you want, keep your account controls in one place, and see the limits before you start.

This page is about clarity, not secrecy. The AI service you choose still processes the request text needed to generate a reply.

What happens when you send a request

Three plain-language checkpoints: where the request goes, what choice you have, and which controls stay with you.

  1. 1) You send it to Kove

Kove receives your request, forwards it to the provider you picked, and returns the reply to you.

Request path: you -> Kove -> selected provider -> Kove -> you

  2. 2) You choose the service

Pick the supported AI service and switch Fast / Normal / Best when you need to, without rebuilding your setup.

Your choice stays in Preferences and can be changed anytime.

  3. 3) You keep the account controls

Export, reset memory, delete data, and disconnect connectors stay in your Kove settings.

    Controls: export, reset, delete, disconnect

What the selected service sees

A plain-language split between the request content that must leave Kove and the controls that stay with your account.

What stays in your control

  • This is not a VPN replacement and not an anonymity guarantee.
  • The AI service you choose may process the text you send.
  • Google and other connectors still run only after explicit consent and can be disconnected anytime.
  • Export, reset, delete, and disconnect controls stay visible in settings.
