App controls
- Use Export in the app to download a machine-readable JSON copy.
- Use Reset saved data to clear Kove-saved memory, chats, tasks, recordings, browser sessions, and stored files while keeping your account.
- Use Delete account to end the account and remove Kove-owned account data.
- The in-app consent log shows recorded choices when a consent event exists.
Other data requests
For rights that are not handled by the app buttons, email hello@wekove.com from your account email when possible.
- Access and portability requests can start with export.
- Correction requests can cover inaccurate account details or saved information.
- Restriction requests can ask Kove to pause certain processing while a request is reviewed.
- Objection requests can cover processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
- You can ask for human review of a decision with legal or similar significant effect.
- You can complain to the supervisory authority if you think your data rights were not handled properly.
