Your data stays yours
Your notes, documents, and recordings live in your Kove account. You choose which AI helps with them, and you can see, change, or delete anything.
To do the work, the AI you choose reads what you send it. Everything else stays in your Kove account.

Choose which AI helps, and switch between Fast, Normal, and Best whenever you want — nothing to set up again.
Your choice lives in Preferences, and you can change it.
Export, clear your memory, delete data, and disconnect any account — all in your Kove settings.

A plain split: what the AI needs to read to help you, and what never leaves your Kove account.
Each task sends the AI only what that step needs. Your saved logins are never sent to the AI — Kove uses them only to sign in where they belong.

These stay in your Kove account and are only unlocked for what you approve.
Saved passwords and account logins are encrypted, and only unlocked for actions you approve.
Your audio is kept for a year so it can be re-checked or reviewed, unless you delete it sooner.
Everything Kove remembers stays in your account and follows your export, reset, and delete controls.
Login sessions for the accounts you connect stay inside Kove, and clear when you reset, disconnect, or delete.
